This page explains what marketingcompanychicago.com receives when you use it, and what happens to it. Marketing Company Chicago is an independent referral service, not a marketing agency. In this policy, “we” means the operator of this site.
The form
When you send a form on this site, we receive what you type into it. Depending on the form, that is your name, your phone number, your email address, your business name, your website, what you need, where you serve and anything else you choose to write. The form is stored on this website and sent to us by email.
We pass those details to an independent marketing agency so that the agency can contact you about what you asked for. That agency is a separate business, and what it does with your details is governed by its own practices. Ask the agency when it can contact you.
What the details are used for
Your details are used to pass your request to an independent marketing agency and, if needed, to answer questions you send about this website. This site does not sell marketing services to you itself; the SEO plans on the pricing page are sold by the agency at its own checkout.
Phone numbers
This site does not show a phone number of its own at the moment. The phone number you type into the form is the one the agency can use to contact you.
Seeing, correcting or removing your details
To ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to have it removed, use the form on the contact page and say what you sent and roughly when. To have an agency remove details it holds, ask that agency directly.
What this policy covers
This policy covers this website and the form on it. It does not cover the independent marketing agency’s own website, emails, calls or proposals, which follow that agency’s own practices. If you no longer want to hear from the agency, tell the agency when it gets in touch.
Changes
If what this site collects or where it sends it changes, this page will be updated.
